Lu Chen: MacArthur "Genius" Award and Distinguished 2005 Young Scholar in Medical research by the W. M. Keck Foundation

Corey Goodman: 2001 March of Dimes Prize in Developmental Biology (with Thomas M. Jessell, Columbia University).

Robert T. Knight: Evan Rauch Chair in Neuroscience, Jacob Javits Neuroscience Investigator Award from the NINDS, IBM Faculty Award in Cognitive Computing

Robert Zucker: Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science; 1999 Miller research Professor.
