Job Title: Tenure-track Assistant Professor And Tenured Level

Details: The Department of Physics and the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute at the University of California, Berkeley intend to make a joint tenure-track appointment, effective July 1, 2006. The successful candidate will have an outstanding record of research in both Physics and Neuroscience. We invite applicants with research programs that bring together experimental or theoretical physics and the neurosciences. The search is broadly defined; the focus of the work could be in molecular biophysics, cellular neurosciences, or large scale models of brain function at the systems or cognitive level.
